Finally, the return of live music!
While we have to wait until 2022 for the return of the brilliant Sea Change festival to Totnes, music fans are in the meantime being treated to an impressive line-up of intimate gigs at St Mary’s.
A frankly delirious audience streamed out after an evening with post-punk band Squid back in May - an unveiling of new and experimental material that formed the first of Sea Change Presents, a programme of rare and unusual music brought to you by Drift Records.
Next up is eccentric singer-songwriter Gruff Rhys on August 16th, tickets for which sold out almost immediately. But if you’re a fan of the former Super Furry Animals frontman, fear not; there will hopefully be more tickets released in July - sign up to Drift’s newsletter for a heads-up.
Just announced today is Dutch indie-rock group Pip Blom, who will be playing the church on October 12th, but keep an eye on our socials for more summer dates to be added soon. Or why not sign up to our newsletter to be kept in the loop on all the goings-on at St Mary’s? (Just scroll down for the subscribe box.)
